It´s swedish and it´s amazing! NEW YEAR - 10-01-05 Happy new year everyone! I usually do a revision of the past year around every new year, and so I will also this time. A great part of the year has been focused around our stay on the island of Fårö on the east coast of Sweden. Me and Yrsa moved there on the 4th of February and left in mid September. I know I am probably going on just a bit too much about the greatness of the time spent there, but it has a very special place in my heart. Having over six months with no work and no stress being able to focus on music and just feeling good was a luxury I am afraid it will be hard to find again. On Fårö I wrote and recorded the main part of what became the two albums "B.U.R.M.A." and "Head Held High On Fearsome Pride". I took one of the small upstairs rooms and built up my tiny studio in there. In periods I spent almost all of my time awake in there working on my music. A great fortune being able to do so in a quiet place like that. So in September the two albums came out, we moved away from the island and I left on a long tour through Europa. The longest one so far, and definately the best one! I had bought an old Audi90 on credit from my mums cousin Hans and packed it full of my shit and left in late September. It´s hard to pick any highlights of the tour since it was all great, but I would like to thank a few people who did amazing things! Anja Stopp! You rock. Playing a monday night café show in Trier with 130 people coming out was amazing. Thank you also Thomas for letting us use your place. I´ll see you both in April! My new friends at Rotopol Press in Kassel! Not only did they do amazing covers/posters for the album, they also set up an amazing show at their tiny gallery. Thank you so much! Mr Nino Kühnis.
